Dried Pincushion Flowers
Purple scabiosa, or pincushion flowers, yield blues and greens. These are from my 2023 dye garden harvest and work great in a solar bath, make amazing lake pigments, freeze well for potent ice dye cubes. Each flower is actually a bunch of tiny trumpet shaped flowerlettes, and I love how well they show in my bundles.
Each bag is about 50g.
